Grand Blanc de Blancs highlights the more mineral character of the different Champagne terroirs that shape its personality. To obtain the
bright radiance of the chalk, the Chardonnays are selected from various crus in places where the chalk breaks through to the surface in the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs.

Tasting Notes

An abundance of fine bubbles. Delicately pale gold in colour.A mineral and floral nose with aromas of blossom and white fruit, apricot and Mirabel plum punctuated with tangy citrus notes of lemon, quince jelly and honey.This bright and well-structured champagne offers white flowers mingled with lightly toasted notes. Harmonious silky palate.The finesse and elegance of this cuvée makes it a perfect aperitif.
Its freshness lends itself to numerous pairings, notably with scallops, dressed crab, gougères, fish tartare, oysters, risotto with parmesan shavings, white meats, or a young, fruity Comté cheese, or Parmesan.
