Tasting Notes

A sustained crimson colour. Very fresh and red berry aromas with hints of spices and a touch of oak. Elegant on the palate, lovely attack, good length and complexity. An extremely elegant, well-balanced wine. Ideally served with roasted meat and poultry, game cooked in sauce, pan-fried foie gras and calf sweetbreads, farmhouse cheeses, chocolate and red berry desserts.
